Our “project” is based on a daily research that starts with the quality of the products and the characteristics of the different foods, with great attention to food intolerances and allergies.
A rich buffet awaits you in the breakfast room, and in the express cafeteria you can enjoy an excellent coffee or cappuccino, numerous teas and herbal teas, barley, ginseng and a wide range of herbal drinks for those who do not tolerate lactose.

Upon entering the buffet, we find the baker’s basket, a selection of breads made with sourdough and selected flours to make them more digestible. Let yourself be pleased by the aroma of freshly baked bread.
On the sweet side, there is a huge selection of brioches to suit all tastes and fantastic homemade granny cakes.
We offer a wide range of fresh, organic and ecological products such as yogurt, jams, muesli, biscuits, pancakes, crepes, waffles, fresh fruit, porridge, puddings, smoothies, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, pickles, salmon, seeds, dried fruit and numerous superfoods from all over the world.

You’ll also find fermented drinks like kombucha and kefir or hot alternatives to coffee like chicory, golden milk and much more.

You have the opportunity to taste products made on Elba such as honey, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables from the garden, goat cheese and typical desserts.

So you will find drinks, yogurt and plant-based cheese, vegan cakes and croissants, sugar-free products for diabetics, spelt, barley and rye products, alternatives for low-carbohydrate and ketogenic diets and a wide range of gluten-free products.
